MANUAL LASER MARKING UNIT
(CML 1×30)
The CML laser marking cells (by laser sintering or ablation) are equiped with a 10, 25 or 50W ytterbium fibre laser source. Depending on the customer’s needs, this universal equipment can be used to carry out colour markings (traceability, personalisation, decoration) on glass, ceramic or metal in small or large series. Its compact design, which integrates the laser source, the galvanometric head (charted) and the control station, facilitates its integration and allows for simple and reliable use.
Combined with a manual spray booth, they form a very flexible marking package.

LARGE AREA MARKING
LASER MARKING MACHINE (BML)
The BML range offers highly flexible machines for laser sinter marking of large or heavy parts (such as ceramic, cast iron, acrylic or flat glass sanitary ware).
The mechanical arm on which the laser head is mounted is equipped with a balancing cylinder and brakes on each axis of rotation for optimal holding in the marking position. Templates adapted to the parts to be marked allow precise positioning of the laser head. The focal distance is given by a barrel which serves as an optical protection. This laser marking machine, adapted to the sanitary field, can also be used for traceability or decoration on finished products before shipping.

LASER BACKSTAMPING (RML)
The RML machine is a semi-automatic equipment. The process operations are carried out automatically by the machine, with an operator loading and unloading.
Equipped with several stations distributed around a mechanical indexing barrel, the RML machine allows the laser sintering of tableware or the personalised decoration of any type of product in small and large series.
